Dermaplaning MicroPeel®
The Peel is a safe procedure completed in 15-20 minutes. It consists of three steps to remove the thinnest top layer of the skin to expose beautiful fresh hydrated new skin.
The MicroPeel® is a combination of lactic and glycolic acids found in fruits. The acids (AHAs) are used to exfoliate the surface skin.
- The first step is to remove the dead layer of cells by dermaplaning. To do this, an enzyme is used in a mask form and applied to the skin and removed. A texture change can be felt immediately.
- Second, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) is applied to the skin. This step helps to clean out the pores.
- The last step is the skin freezing process. This is called "Cryogenic Therapy." Carbon dioxide is applied to the skin very lightly in a circular motion for a cooling sensation.
